The hotel's location was great; easily navigable without getting lost. the hotel had a luggage storage service, which was helpful after check-out. the room was clean and tidy with a working bathtub, and the staff were accommodating during check-in. Despite the lack of breakfast, the hotel had other notable facilities such as room service and free WiFi.

The view outside was not the best and not very appealing.

The hotel's location was great, very central and easy to find. The room had a nice view of the city skyline and the bed was comfortable.

The check-in process was incredibly confusing, the staff were unhelpful and the room was not clean. I found a cockroach on the floor and the bathroom was in dire need of renovation. The advertised price on their website was also misleading, as it ended up being much more expensive than expected. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
